Our Covid 19 policy

We have allocated extra time for every appointment so that we have time to clean each work station and wash hands etc between every client

We have limited the diary to allow only 3 members of staff and 3 clients in the salon at any one time allowing for social distancing between you and other clients.

We ask that you arrive alone to your appointment. No children or friends waiting for you.

When you arrive for your appointment please arrive at the exact time, not early or late please. 

Please only bring with you minimal personal belongings in a small handbag.

We ask that if you have any symptoms of COVID 19 or have been in contact with anyone who has, we reserve the right to refuse your appointment on the day.

When you arrive please use the sanitisation station to anti bad your hands. We ask that you bring a mask with you, if not these will be available to buy at £1 each and essential for any treatment.

We will be wearing gloves and masks and in some instances aprons also.

We will be accepting cash and card payments although if you bring cash please try to bring to bring the correct amount.

There will be no toilet facilities in use nor any availability for refreshments. You are welcome to bring your drink. 

We will have a Perspex screen at both reception and also the nail station. 

We appreciate your support and respect at this difficult time and we will continue to do our upmost to keep our staff and clients safe throughout.
